What is Counselling

Counselling is a confidential, empathic and non-judgemental setting that might help you deal with issues that arise in your life. People come to counselling for a wide range of presenting issues including couples and relationship difficulties, female and male sexual issues, anxiety, separation, depression, loss, shame and bereavement. Counselling can also be effective when you want to explore an issue and gain insight into your life and move forward.

I offer therapeutic and emotional support, as well as couples and psychosexual therapy for individuals and couples. The way I work is integrative which means that I will use different approaches to suit your needs best.
